Watercolors

Working on some small simple watercolors with an emphasis on painting atmosphere, reflection, water, and the ever-present skyline of New York.

Self portraits

I've been trying to be more expressive with my paintings.  I want to expand away from just copying photographs.  That's translated directly into painting my expressions.  These are all quick studies done over the last few weeks in watercolor. I'm really happy with the results.

Painting in Barbados

I'm spending the winter in Barbados working on a series of paintings.  Having fun enjoying the warm weather, the beautiful plants and animals, and of course the island vibes. Here's a selection of a few things I've been working on.
